Impossible as it may seem, we do occasionally find a bug in the system. If you think you may have encountered a bug, please send us an Email Message to let us know so that we can try to identify and remedy the problem as soon as possible. On our "Product Support" page, you will find the latest greatest version of the software available for download (free of course).
