Proprietary Rights of Communications
We want to continue to improve our products, and appreciate your feedback! Note that Eagle Tree does not offer or provide any compensation for bug reports, feature requests, or product ideas. Eagle Tree has no obligation to keep your submission secret, or to refrain from using the idea, unless we have a prior written agreement to the contrary. We expect idea submitters to seek and rely wholly upon their patent rights, as defined by the claims of an issued patent, just as our company is required to do in order to protect its own rights.
If you submit a product idea to us, you:
(1) warrant that you are the owner of the idea being offered and are legally free to make a disclosure and to convey patent rights to the idea being offered for disclosure;
(2) disclose your idea on a NONCONFIDENTIAL BASIS and agree that there is to be NO CONFIDENTIAL RELATIONSHIP whatever established in connection with your submission or Eagle Tree's evaluation of the idea; and
(3) RELY WHOLLY ON YOUR PATENT RIGHTS, AS DEFINED BY THE CLAIMS OF AN ISSUED PATENT.

It is not practical for us to communicate all the information, warnings, etc. included in the manual, and we assume in our communication with you that you have read the manual. Always follow the instructions in the manual unless we tell you otherwise, in writing.
